I just enabled AMD overdrive and default clocks are GPU 860 MEM 1200 I've set it to 900/1260 with no change to voltage I tested the settings with Borderlands 2 in window mode to see the temps from CCC and it seems to be stable at around 60-63 there doens't seem to be any issues so I was going to go for 920/1300 see how that goes

While that isn't bad, many cards were getting near 1150Mhz IIRC. Gpu temps are usually higher than CPUs, so 80c isn't a problem.

I got it stable at 920/1270 without any changes to volts FC3 and BL2 play fine going to try and up it to 950/1320 see how it goes

I think it can go higher. I was able to run Sapphire 7850 at about 1075MHz without voltage changes. At 1.25V it was running up to 1220MHz.

I pushed it too 950/1300 at the moment going to go for 1000/1350

The 7850 isn't bandwidth limited. I would drop memory to stock and overclock the core, then bring the memory up. Pitcarin is relatively voltage-insensitive so if you get a clock you want you could lower voltage, or just push the voltage to 1.25 and max the clock.

I can run mine at 1050/1350 with no voltage change, I used to run higher but can't remember how high with voltage change. I can run my crossfire cards at 975/1250 hitting 65c under load.
