This is the first time I'm gonna try overclocking my CPU. I need help

My system specs:

CPU: i5 4690k
Gpu: EVGA GTX 780 Classified
Mobo: Msi Z97 Gaming 5
Ram: G.SKILL RIPJAWS-X 1866mhz) 8gb
Ssd: SAMSUNG 840 EVO 250gb
Hdd: WD 1tb Sata 3
PSU: Super Flower Leadex Gold 650W
Casing: CoolerMaster 690 iii
CPU cooling: CORSAIR H100i water cooling

What are the settings i need to disable in bios?
How to overclock my cpu?

Thanks in advance.

Well I'm on air at 4.5 GHz with 1.18V, 70C prime, I can touch 4.7 so you probably can do 4.7, needs a big jump in voltage after 4.5 though.

No turbo, speedstep left on, and thermal cutout to keep my paranoia happy.

Haswell seems to vary quite a bit in how well it can OC.
