Best Video In available

Does anybody know of any comparisions as to the video in on a variety of cards and chipsets. i know philips makes one, and chrontel or something makes another.

it seems that the radeon have a little bit better specs, but in reviews people always just say the video in and out looks good, no real comparisions to anything.

also, i'm not looking to spend a huge amount of money, if that matters at all.

ATI TV Wonder LE if you're looking for a solution on the cheap.

Personally I like the idea of having the TV IN/OUT on a seperate card. That way you don't have to worry about the quality of the display on the next vid card you get. Just a thought.
