cmos check sum error & cmos battery failure @ post ????put new mobo battery in. changed ram.now what????k62-450 ati 32mb cheapo card 128 pc100 ram 350 psu 6 gig fujitsu a-open audio card 5ema+ v1.1 mobo thanks

FIXED IT !! The jumper to clear the cmos[bios] had a loose connection and the new ram i was trying was bad ? pulled some ram out of one of my old rigs and it works fine !!!!!hope my mistake helps someone else
