Is this Normal for a power supply?

+12= 13.1 - 13.3 max i believe
+5v= 4.919- 4.945
+3.3v= 3.248
Vcore= 1.872

Running all the stuff below plus 3 casefans is there anything i should be worried about it seems stable as an rock.
L&C PSU= Some genric stuff that came with my nice looking case

Will it be enough for me to power an neon light? or even more casefans? Im just worred about the +12v it keeps telling me its over all the time i would like to know what harm can it do. It seems stable

You are about the same as my 2 systems. I would not worry if it is not giving you problems.
