Does any body know of a program simaler to paintshop pro but cheaper. or maybe free.

also it has to run on windows. I bleive gimp is the one that is for linux

Im pretty sure you can get Gimp for windows....

You could anyways use...MS PAINT!

Ms Paint really isnt that bad depending on what you wanna do with it....
