2400+ come unlocked stock?

What the title says. Do the Tbred XP's still come unlocked stock? I know the Bartons are locked stock, but what about the Tbreds?

If you want an unlocked 2400+, get the 2400+ mobile as all the mobile Bartons come unlocked.
