80-84C average 3900x using Hydro Series H100x

I am an 'old' overclocker GENX! Hello all!

CPU is ryzen 3900x 1.275 @ 4275
OCCT avx2/small/extreme/steady/24 threads

Room temperature now is 19.5C, the CPU 80.00C

I understand that real world circumstances are not going to push the silicon that hard. I don't get it.

Please shed some knowledge to this humble confused overclocker ?

The temps are confusing? Seems right for the overclock and cooling to me?? 2x120mm AIO...

You could probably drop 10c from that OCCT load temp by moving to a top end air cooler.
