I'm all about style and performance so i have to make a computer that performs as good as it looks for under $2000. And it has to beat the computer i have now by light years. I am giving my current computer to my little brother. I also went over my budget with my new one I am just looking for recommendations of how i can save some money and if i should go back to liquid cooling or get the V10

This is what i have put together.
LITE-ON 24X DVD Writer Black SATA Model iHAS424-98 LightScribe Support - $25.99
(2x)Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1500HLFS 150GB 10000 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" - $279.98 ($139.99 each)
EVGA 012-P3-1470-AR GeForce GTX 470 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 - $349.99
ABS Majesty series MJ1100-M Continuous 1100W - $169.99
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000) - $194.99
EVGA X58 FTW3 132-GT-E768-KR LGA 1366 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - $279.99
COOLER MASTER Intel Core i7 compatible V10 Hybrid TEC RR-B2P-UV10-GP 120mm CPU Cooler - $121.99
Cooler Master CSX Red Flaming Skulls Stacker 830 Case - $299.99
Kingston SSDNow SNV425-S2BD/64GB V Series Solid State Drive - $149.99
Intel(R) Core(TM0™ i7™ CPU 930 2.8GHz - $199.99

My Current Rig:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM0™ i7™ CPU 920 2.67GHz
Hard Drive: (2x) 500 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 SATA (RAID0)
Video Card: eVGA™ GeForce 9800GTX SSC KO
Motherboard: eVGA™ X58 3X SLI
Memory/Ram: 8GB G.Skill™ DDR3 1600
Case: Raidmax™ Aztec
Power Supply: Antec™ True Power Trio 650w
LiquidCooling: Thermaltake™ BigWater 760is

Drop the EVGA motherboard, think about a cheaper gigabyte/ASUS one. It will save you money.
Do you really need to spend 300 dollars on a case? It might not even be better than a 170 dollar one... I really like the CM HAF932 but that's just me.

1100W is totally overkill. If you are scared get a solid 850W from a good brand (seasonic, corsair etc). I'm sure a lot of people will recommend the HX850.

Since you have a SSD, why on earth would you need 2 raptors? Get 2 1TB Caviar Blacks in RAID if you want.

Have fun!

The only thing I am worried about, is the power supply for that build. Choose something from thist list: http://www.overclockers.com/forums//showthread.php?t=589708

Also, if you plan on SLI'ing the GTX470, then the most power you will EVER need is 850Watts. A good quality 850W PSU will perform better and handle your rig better than that 1100W one you are looking at.

Otherwise, your build looks great.

I would go for the ASUS or Gigabyte boards 3 year warrenty no Qwstions asked, just need a serial number, they back there boards.
