AHCI and SSD?

Ok so I got my SSD and I'm about to load the operating system, in the bios do I leave it on Native IDE or AHCI?

AHCI is the way to go. If it's an Intel SSD google for Intel SSD Toolbox
very handy program.

Check out the OCZ forums, there's a ton of really great info there. You'll want to enable AHCI and install the Intel RST drivers.
