AMD 54 O/C not going as planned

AMD 64 O/C not going as planned

I finally got my system together (see sig), but I am not see the O/Cing results I was hoping for... I can't even pass prime95 at 225FSB; LTD 4x; CPU-2250MHz; Vcore 1.50; Special Vcore control 110%. What is the deal? Does anyone have some settings to start with maybe?

trying setting your HTT to 3x and ram timings at 2t to see if you can increase your OC any. Lower your multi all way down and up the FSB/HTT to see if its chipset/mobo/ram thats holding you back.
