It seems this cooler has very good potential cooling capacity with 5 8mm heatpipes, large surface measure, 14" PMW fan and cheap too.

However, I cant find any real world test with actual temperature this cooling. Has anybody use this cooling? how does it actually performs? I am using i5 750 and looking to upgrade to something quiter and cooler.
