Hey Guys- Newbe here. Will the above board accept an Athlon XP-M 3200 processor, when the board lit doesn't state it will? Mfgr's lit says board is rated for a 3200 processor at 1.65 V. Voltage would have to be set down to 1.5 Volts. I'm not sure of other parameters, however.

Other versions of the board (A7N8X-Deluxe, A7N8X-E, etc.) recognize the XP-M CPUs without trouble, so I'd assume your version will as well. It's really not any different from a regular Athlon, just a lower core voltage, which is automatically set by the VID pins on the CPU.

If it doesn't see the processor properly it will set the clock rate real slow.
You can then set the clock rate manually in the bios. So it will work with your board but it may say unknown CPU at startup.
