It's a 6+2 phase board with support for 140w it should run it, not sure what kind of OC you might get but I would think stock should be fine.

I like mine
I started with the 99FX PRO in my sig but felt it was holding me back. It was getting hot on me.
I have a 4.8 profile I use for bluray video and gaming, takes nearly 1.5v (my chip is not the pick of the litter) and the pro wasn't cutting it.
I don't regret my decision and they go on some decent sales. Got this oe for $170 :bday:

I would strongly suggest you not go after a Bulldozer based part either. The new Vishera FX CPUs beat out the Zambezi chips in pretty much every way possible. A 6300 can match or beat an 8150 in almost everything but a very well multithreaded app and with a major overclock. Even at that it would barely be faster than the 6300.

Sabertooth is a solid board, there are lower priced options that are still solid performers though.

well more to the story..
i also have a ch5 that is going to get an 8350...
as far as the 890 board it would mean just upgrading the board and have quite a few cool features 8 sata sweet
i already have the rest of the gear...

I google that 890 board and FX-8350 and got nothing but mostly Asus saying it was supported. So does not sound much like people are using that board with that cpu.
