I'm looking at either of these to pair with a I7 3820.Is there a reason to go with one over the other, as both are approx same price For me 4 way Crossfie/SLI not really a determining factor but overclocking will be. I also will be running 4 X 4GB 1600 RAM so RAM capacity not a factor either.I would love some opinions if possible.
 
I would go with the asus. Past gigabyte boards have had issues with vdroop underload, not sure if this is the case with the ud3. I do know both companies make good boards, but I would be more inclined to the Asus.

the added memory slots to me would be more useful than the extra pci-e slot. more likely to want to add ram instead of go 4way sli.
