Asus x99 Deluxe capacitor help

I just bought a used Asus x99 Deluxe U3.1 motherboard and one of the capacitors was broken off. I'm not sure exactly how to read the capacitor so I was hoping someone here could help me find a replacement. The numbers on it are fp10k 46uz 101 16 . If someone could give me a link to one that could replace this one that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did the seller reveal that the cap was broken before you purchased it?
