back again with PIII sl5qw @ 1.35V

Well after extensive use/burn-in for a few weeks now heres where i'm at:

127 x 11 @1.75v ! 100% stable
130 x 11 @1.85v 99% stable except dx games over 1 hour
133 x 11 @1.95v works fine except sandra burn-in after 30mins + above
134 x 11 @1.95v posts, won't boot XP

still just running gladiator cu w/delta, maybe its time for h20. This one heck of a nice chip! I can see 1.5Ghz @ 2v with lots better cooling!

sandra @ 1466
cpu 3975/1964 mips
cpu mm 7954/9732
mem 425/450

Needless to say i'm one happy camper!

radadman,
That is fabulous. Looks like you're really progressing there with awesome OC! 1466 is very nice. Congratulations. I'm glad to see more people posting good results like this.
Are u planning to try to post your result on the overclockers CPU Database?? I have done mine over a week ago and now finally took an effect. Mine is there now. Im in the second place so far.. in the 1Ghz P3 section.

Great work! I took mine to only 1310 (119 FSB) at 1.85. It's out right now while I play with the 866, but I'm going to try to push it to somewhere near yours. If I can pass over 124 without problems, I should be good to go. Keep going. I'd like to see 1500 out of these things. :)

You may want to try the Millenium Glaciator. Switching from Gladiator to Glaciator gave me the stability I was looking for with my Celeron 1.2 @ 1.6 .

Should I be worried about underclocking my agp & pci? using the mobo's 1/4 divider at anything under 130fsb put the busses under spec. Just how low can they go? @124 x 1/4 puts them at 31 & 62MHz & seems less stable than @ 130 x 1/4
Dx games seem to run much better at 112 x 1/3, putting the busses at 38 & 76Mhz, but I'm losing 200Mhz like that.

radadman - crazy clock speeds!
anyway, I'm getting my 1.1GHz sl5qw very soon, and was wondering how long it took to burn in to the speeds you're at? What did you use for the burn-in? Also, what motherboard are you using? Cooler? Thanks!

Okay I been torture testing this poor sl5qw for quite a few weeks now. And of course I took the voltage all the way up to 2.05 to hit the magic 133fsb. But just how low would it go? At 1100/100 it post and boots XP with only 1.35 volts! min. cpu temp is 26C & the max is 29C running sandra! Hows that for undervolting? Someone please remind me that the SL5Qx's are not tualatins!
