I personally dont even count water cooling as a true overclock hence because when you go to the store to buy a computer,, you dont get a water cooled rig so all your doing is maniputing the maximum theory of what a true overclock is.

I believe the best overclock is done on air without the use of any liquids or gases. Why? Because liquids and gases are extreme measures of cooling just like LN2.

There is not one place in my city that sells water cooling stuff. Either I gotta do it homemade style or buy it online which is such a turn off.

The best overclock can be achieved with a good stepping CPU using the SLK-900

Personally I think people should only overclock with boxed cpu's, and retail heatsinks...
