be quiet! Pure Power L8 630W or XFX Pro Series 750W

Hello guys.

I'm in need of a new PSU and I'm thinking of either:
Be quiet! Pure Power L8 630W 80+ Bronze
or XFX Pro Series 750W 80+ Bronze

I'm running a FX 8350 @ 4.5GHz atm, but I will overclock more.
x2 GTX650Ti BOOST(SLI)
1 Mechanic HDD + 1 SSD
6 Fans(3 with LED) right now
2 sticks of DDR3

And I'm also gonna add up on a closed waterloop, H100i.
The Be quiet one is cheaper but also less watt, while the xfx is a little more expensive, nothing I will cry for at least.

Which one should I get guys?

I'd go with the xfx but I don't have experience with bequiet psu's
