Best "no extra power" PCI-x video card?

I get a lot of Dell's from friends and friends of friends who want a bit better video solution that onboard.

I always have the same problem, no extra power from the crappy Dell POS PS's!

Do what's a best PCI-X video card that doesnt' require extra power?

Yes, I hope, but as he typed PCI-X twice, maybe he meant PCI-X.

For PCIe, I think it would be GT 440.

i got a 9600 low power it does pretty well idk how it ranks with the 440 prolly below it i grabbed it up for 20 bucks on ebay

The "Best" 75Watt or under PCIe x16 Video Card? AMD HD7750? I think so
