Best RAM for ThinkPad T61

Hi. I just bought a Lenovo Thinkpad T61 which should be arriving next week. I ordered it with 1GB of RAM with the plan to buy 4GB elsewhere (much cheaper). My question is, what RAM should I get?

The Ram needs to be PC2-5300 (or 6400 if it's cheaper, but it will only run at 667MHz) and I need 2 x 2GB.

I have 3Gb's of G.Skill in my X61 and have had good luck with it. Pretty much the performance isn't going to vary between brands assuming the CAS is the same. Just go with who you prefer for warranty support and customer service.
