Bitdefender rescue cd wont boot

Good day

I just burned Bitdefender rescue Cd using ultra ISO and windows wont boot

i chose boot from CD after hitting F8 i changed priority boot to cd and still no luck any help

So.........what does it say when it "won't boot"?

It just boots to windows normal like it is bypassing it and this is the first time i see this on this PC

Take all other items out of the boot order and try it again. It just seems like it is not reading it (the disk?)... Are you certain it is a BOOTABLE ISO you created?

Well normally i just burn to cd and all of them boot But NO did not use boot because every time before it has worked like this ok will re due it and this time with BOOT

Yeah... if you do not make it bootable, you cannot boot from it.
