just a thought but what about this case.

it can hold a 200mm/230mm fan in the front and obviously huge fan=more airflow but at a lower rpm thus lower noise. only downside i see is the cable management but thats an easy fix with a bit of creativity and yes you can fit that 7970 in there as well as a 212 evo. also with that motherboard to keep overclocking a valid possibility youll want to go with a z87 such as:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130706 on the lower end annd:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131977 on the upper.
idk if this is 100% required but a z87 is the absolute best ocing chipset at the moment.

How should I get it cheaper then??

uhm i dont think he realized you were getting the ghz edition because 325 is the low end for that. otherwise youre getting a helluva deal if you can find one for anywhere near that.
edit: that 376 on your list though is definately outta whack.

Noise wise?

I cannot find a review to give you an accurate answer.
But I can tell you most, if not all dual slot coolers on these cards are extremely efficient and quiet.
Is the matrix better? yea probably(no idea how much mind you), but it's also $100 more

What card would you go with, if it had to be silent and powerful... Doesn't have to be the 7970... :) ?

its fine, the differences are stock clocks. the one you linked is 967Mhz and the stock one is 863mhz
some come pre-overclocked and they charge more for that.
It's nothing you can't do yourself, reaaaaally easily so I'd just get the cheapest card you can find

part number 03G-P4-2782-KR is the one for 499

looks good! love the case :)
Any reason you chose the adata ram? it's $80. I'm seeing lots of kits for under $70
Also your power supply is oversized, you could probably get away with a 500watt unit
