Building mATX system, recommend parts PLZ...

G'day guys!

I have upgraded(just bought 165 Opteron) my current setup n now I have
parts laying around just collecting dust so I've just decided to build another system.
This will be my first mATX system.
Gonna be building my case from scratch with acrylic, if i can get it here in AUStralia.

Now, I need some recommendations to which components to get.
I already have some of the parts.

Here's whats gnna go in:

Already have:
GPU : Radeon X1800XL
RAM : OCZ 1GB DDR400 Platinum rev2.1 TCCE
CPU : AMD64 3700+ San Diego 2.2GHz
HDD : SATA 120GB Seagate


Need:
MoBo : Foxconn FOX-NF4K8MC-RS S939 PCIexpress mATX Mainboard ???
PSU : Tagan TG430-U15 EasyCon SERIES 430W?
CPU cooling : quiet heatpipe?


Any recommendations is appreciated.

I would recommend, for what I have seen so far, a 120mm Aerocool Led Fan on the front panel and 1 or 2 exhaust 80mm Led Fan on the back of the case. Or, you might wanna go for the UV stuff. Good luck with your project, please post regularly with photos so we can learn
