Can I Use 2 4 pin instead of an 8 pin? The Video card i am hoping to get, AMD Radeon HD 6970, needs a 6 and an 8 pin 550watt PCU, but while Searching for a power supply i can across an all clear Power supply that lit up. it has a 6 pin but does not have an 8 pin, however it does have 4 4pins. It would look sick clear part of my case and I would really like to accommodate this PSU if possible.

Is it possible to buy the correct cables?

Is it possible to use 2 4 pins in place of one 8?

Thanxs!!

Pretty much. Never seen good stuff from Logisys. And the thing with a PSU is that it's connected to everything...a bad PSU can kill other components as well. Stuff we recommend here is like top 10% quality of PSUs...just to be safe.

It looks absolutely glorious. Sadly as far as actually being a functional PSU goes it's almost certainly junk.
I'd be tempted to hollow it out and toss the guts of another unit in there, but I rather strongly recommend against doing that.
