I've recently purchased an Asrock z77 extreme 4 and it came with
GeIL EVO Veloce Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)

DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Timing 9-9-9-28
Cas Latency 9
Voltage 1.5V

but i had already bought corsair vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DIMS

DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Timing 9-9-9-24
Cas Latency 9
Voltage 1.5V

i want to know if i can use them together, or if its better to return the corsair dims or sell the geIL?
Also, if its possible to tweak the timings since they both have the same voltage and cas latency?????

Being such similar timings, I can't see you having any problem with using those kits together, but you won't find out properly unless you try. I am mixing 2 different 1600MHz kits also in my HTPC, 8-8-8-24 and 9-9-9-24 both running at 8-8-8-24 fine.

When you already have these 2 kits then just try to run them together.
You can probably set tighter timings but on higher voltage. Up to 1.65V is ok.
If you are going to use more than 8GB RAM then keep both kits. If not then sell/return one of them ... both are generally the same.
