I feel like I'm crazy. I was under the impression that when watching the clocks of my 10900kf each core would clock from 3.7 to 5.3 based on load/temps. I had Dell replace my motherboard and CPU on my system and it seems to have changed a couple things (which is good). Now when loading optimized defaults it bounces from 4.6 to 5.1ghz. My confusion, is I thought it would only clock some of the core to these higher speeds, based on load. What I'm seeing is it is boosting ALL cores to these speeds.
Can someone please link me a 8 9 10 11 series intel cpu thats runnning stock as intended by Intel? I want to know it's me and I am just not understanding something. Or just realize Dell makes wonky motherboards....
Thanks
