I finally got off my lazy ... and found my air flow meter.
The air flow numbers did not add up. Seems like I had a negative (relative) pressure inside the case!

With the case closed, the H80 exhaust was 1.65 m/s and the top 120 mm exhaust was 0.86 m/s.
I removed the side panel.
With the case open, the H80 exhaust was 1.75 m/s and the top 120 mm exhaust was 1.60 m/s.

With the side off the case, the temps were all 30 C or lower.
At full load, the temps were 60 C or lower.

Now, I think I have time to work on an external cooler.

I have two 140mm fans as intake.

My Antec CP-850 PSU seems to have little air exhaust, but, it does not seem warm... I can not locate a manual that discusses the fan speeds.

After one hour 100% load, the core temps are 57 to 63 C.

The CP-850 fan control information is hard to find. You have to read the manual all the way to the top 1/3 of page 2.
