ch5 vs ch5 thunderbolt

any opinions on theese 2 boards..
is the thunderbolt worth the extra$$$???
any one own the thunderbolt?
plan to use 8150 +120 gig ssd+8(2x4)2133 ram...

Well as my sig may show, I'm a bit bias.
I just don't feel that the Network adapter/Sound card is worth the extra money, plus if your going XFire or SLI then it's one more thing you have to juggle for the high speed PCI-E slots
