Choosing of a matx mobo

As I've been kick assed recently so i am forced to change my form factor from atx to matx, however, i intend to keep my current setting :
2700K
6950 Dirt3 edition
HX650
Adata S511 120GB
a few hdds (around 3-4 atm)
an optical drive
h60
a sound card
an internet interface card
and hx650
Personally I've drawn up a conclusion on either of three below,
Maximus V-Gene / Sniper M3 / Fatalty by asrock
