Comp Value (Need Opinions)

Hey guys I recently made a brand new build and I was thinking of selling my old comp on craigslist for $600 USD. Specs for the old comp are as follows:

i7 920 @ 3.2 ghz (this chip easily reached 4ghz on air with decent temps)
Prolimatech Megahalem heatsink w/ pushpull setup (2 scythe kama flex fans)
EVGA GTX 560 Ti SC
EVGA x58 SLI LE LGA 1366
12 GB DDR3 OCZ Ram tri-channel (6 sticks)
Corsair TX 750W PSU
Antec 900 (modded case I dremel'd an extra hole for cable management)
1 TB Seagate HDD (Brand new)
Standard DVD/CD Read/Write Drive
Standard Wi-Fi PCI-e card

So besides the brand new HDD everything else is second-hand. Would I be getting a good value out of it by selling it at $600?

I wouldn't but that at $600 personally.. $500 maybe.

Hmm.. yeah I was trying to see what a good value would be as its not the best of the older ones out there. But it definitely does have good performance as I didn't have any sort of problems with it at all.
