Well, the 1st thing you need to do in the game (besides being severely creeped out by your landlord) is to drive squatters off your shop, which you do with the help of "steroid man" and a baseball bat so... yeah...

You won't be able to beat them without the baseball bat he gives you (supposedly), but you start with more than enough $ to be good for a few days... Just a FYI, he went down on the 1st punch, I had to deal with the squatters alone after, hoping @don256us is better trained
