We are upgrading our Astrix box to a newer version and adding some metrics and so on.
I wanted to inquire as to what people may be using in their companies for soft phones / software.
Our office now is mainly Cisco SPA942 phones, and they are good, but wanted to move to headsets and soft phones on the computers to start doing call center features and set ups and also for some possible future integration into back end systems for user data.
i have checked out various options, but either the software is flaky and crashes, wont connect to the PBX or just isn't recently updated in a few years.
Any recommendations, free or paid for...
