hey im currently fixing up an old laptop for an older lady and it has 2 256 (512) ddr ram in it i have an old ddr2 1gb stick here from a notebook that is in a landfill somewhere, they seam to have the same amount of pins so i was wondering if some careful work with a hobby knife and the ram slow if it would work thanks for any advice
