It's a software read bug. The same in CPU-Z and AIDA64 on MSI X99X SLI Plus with 1.1 BIOS. NB clock on DDR4 system is higher - 3500 or something near. This board can't run higher than that anyway.
If it was 1200MHz clock then you would see maybe 10-15GB/s lower results if not less.
