im building a budget rig and initially, i was gonna purchase this mobo

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-131-484&depa=0

but later, i found a cheaper product of the exact same performance specs, but with an unknown name (matsonic). the only difference i can notice is that its OEM

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-184-014&depa=0

the price difference is like $30 and im definitely aiming for the best bang for my limited buck. which should i stick with? would getting an OEM be bad? thanks

well will you oc the sytem??
is it for U???
going to keep it long

if you say yes get the asus never herd of the other guys and i bet the thing will croke if u oc on it and it probbibly just a cheap poor qualitly mobo

but if u need to save the money go for it the thing is u can always rma it and its never bad to be try new things make shure u right a review so that others can learn (on the site i see there is non)

personnaly with a budget i would go the no name if it sucks rma it right a review and go back and get the asus

maybe there is , maybe there isnt, all i know is that Video cards DO fluctuate in perfomance from different companies. So maybe mobos will too.

If you're overclocking go with a brand name. Otherwise Matsonic would probably be fine--it's just not designed to be overclocked. That can be a real problem in the BIOS--no overclocking settings, no overclock.
