Driving setup

Looking to get a good driving sim setup, especially for eventual VR use. Steering Wheel, Pedals, Shifter etc. Whats currently the best <$500 setup out there? TM, Logitech? Its been forever since I've looked into it. Anything new out or coming?

The Fanatec gear looks perfect. Will be a little pricey to put it all together but should be pretty nice.
