I'm in the market for buying myself a graduation present, but I'm having trouble trying to decide which card to get. I have 3 monitors at 1920x1080 (only 2 running atm, have GTX 460 currently) and I think I want to give ATI a try for a single card solution to running all 3 monitors.
I was looking at the XFX DD line of cards and am debating either going R7870 with room for Crossfire, the R7950 with possible room for Crossfire, or the R7970.

I'm currently leaning towards the 7870 since it nearly matches the 7950 in many of the benchmarks, but I was worried about how the 3GB of VRAM on the 7950 would really help on an Eyefinity setup. The 7870 also has Dual-DVI so I wouldn't need to buy adapter cables.
I don't really have a set budget, I'm more just looking for the most cost effective solution to run my setup. Thanks for any input!
