Ok, with all the fans out there I need some help with an economical choice.

I'm not getting a SilenX. I'm not buying from a crook.

Ok, that said, anyone know about these:
Thermaltake Silent Cat Rated: 62.2 CFM and 16 dba

The noise level with the CFM does seem a little to good to be true.

I'm looking for the quietest Fan around 70 CFM to put in the Cooler Master Cent. 5 case I'll be getting. Lights would be a cool bonus, but I'm not willing to pay a lot extra for them.

Suggestions?

*edit* after searching http://www.svc.com I got down to this list of fans:

AEROCOOL 120MM BLUE XTREME TURBINE 89.39CFM 32.46DBA
ANTEC TRICOOL120-BLU 120MM TRICOOL CASE FAN 39/56/79CFM 25/28/30DBA - BLUE LED
THERMALTAKE A1926 120MM BLUE THUNDERBLADE LED FAN 78CFM 21DBA
THERMALTAKE A2329 SILENT CAT 120MM MULTI DIRECTIONAL CASE FAN 62CFM 16DBA

I had 3 Antec Tri-Cools in my case before I swapped them out (kinda wish I didn't). On the low setting they flow enough air to keep everything cool, but are virtually silent, They were drowned out by the fan on my stock CPU heatsink.

The Yate's I looked at didn't get the CFM I was looking for, perhaps I should check the manufacturer site and see if they make them. Any idea where I could pick up some 60-70 CFM Yates?
