SOLVED Faux - reinstall via upgrade method...

So I decided to repair my windows install, and everything (I think) went smoothly.. but it's been sitting on a black screen with
Windows 7
build 7601
this copy of windows is not genuine

I haven't been given the chance to put my windows key in yet. Been on this screen for quite awhile now...... This normal?

I can move the mouse around and the HDD led is active.

Can you start Task Manager via Ctrl+Alt+Delete?

No, but it sorted itself out. It's just like installing windows... except you do upgrade instead of new install.
