Eyeing this monitor: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod...025112&cm_re=freesync-_-24-025-112-_-Product#

Only thing is, I can't seem to find what display port revision and hdmi revision this supports.

Any clue? I checked their spec sheet in newegg, their marketing splash, and even their tech sheet for info.

Just says "Display port."

Is DP 1.4 a Video card only thing?

And Could someone verify if http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=410187 is still valid? I may try to enable FS on my existing monitors that run over HDMI.

no luck? haven't gotten a chance to try and enable freesync on my monitors, been too distracted with breath of the wild. will definitely try that first, assuming it won't potentially fry my monitors. lol
