Are these things still viable for current technology?

Would a Thermaltake W0099RU run 2 560ti's? Am I mistaken in thinking that the power draw on current cards is lower than cards from 2007-ish?

Not really viable IMO. For what they generally cost you can get a new, bigger, PSU to power the whole system.

That thermaltake unit is juuuuust barely big enough if you don't even think about OCing. 560Ti is a 170w TDP card.

Hit the classies here, plenty of decently sized and priced PSUs in there.
