Help choosing motherboard for a Sempron

Hello guys, long time lurker, first time poster here

I'm upgrading my current system and was thinking on doing some OC with it and spending as little as possible.
My 2 setup choices have come down to the following:

Chaintech ZNF-250 Zenith + Sempron 3000

DFI LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb + Sempron 2600

Both boards are used, but the cpu will be bought new. I've got a Zalman 7000B AlCu for it too.

I would go for the chaintech so you can speed you $ on other hardware upgrades.
