SOLVED Help - Link To Latest Win 7 Security Updates

I'm going to create a new Win 7 Ult 64bit ISO disc with RT 7 Lite and was wondering does anyone know if you can download a package with all the latest security updates at this moment and use it with RT7L and slipstream it.
