I have the GPU card already so I can measure from it I just dont have access to any of the measurements for the aftermarket low profile l brackets for the Inlet and Outlets.

All help and ideas most welcome.....

I really want to get it in with the side cover on and it is proud by like 1.5mm GGGRRR

I am not sure, but would bet it is EK as they had a relationship to make motherboard blocks a few years back

You should call them to confirm

This card has a custom PCB, not sure any reference block will fit ?

Yes to 011D but have too and bottom rad no vert option.

I have dropped a post in the gigabyte forum and sent them a support q hopefully they will help me out a bit

This guy made it work with a Black Ice GTS in the bottom, using a kit from cooler master. Although there wasn't really room for his fans on the bottom, so he had to add feet to the case. I can't tell if he's having some issues with sag there due to the mounting, or if his pictures are just at an angle. Either way this could be overcome with some creativity.

Yeah I saw that and will look into it however I am wanting to keep the fans inside the case. I am looking for the l type adapter to fit or I may need to shave it down a mm or 2

I hate to say it, but have you considered returning the gigabyte card and using a shorter one? There is a list of compatible GPU/block combinations on Lian Li's website.
