Help with 1866 RAM in MSI P67A-C43

Can I use DDR3 1866 RAM with the MSI P67A-C43 (B3) MOBO?

The Memory Standard for this mobo lists DDR3 1066/1333/1600/2133(OC)

I was planning to overclock the Patriot Viper Xtreme 8GB DDR3 1866MHZ PC3-15000 9-11-9-27 1.65V to 2133.

Yes, but you'll need to either enable XMP or manually set the DRAM / Memory frequency to DDR3-1866 at the default 100 BCLK. And there's no guarantee the DDR3-1866 will be able to hit DDR3-2133.
