How much are temps actually off?

i got my 2.4 @ 3.06 right now stock voltage.

after running SETI@HOME for about 9 hours - it is @ 59c still running SETI.

if i put it upto 3.150ghz with a +5 my temps jump to 65c accoriding to Winbond hardware doctor.


if i reboot right awya and check bios itis aroudn 54c.

For me temps have changed these few days

after reboot pc, bios shows 62C

In windows
idle 52c
Full load 72c

Room temperatue 29-32C

Im at default vcore

Yeah i know what can i do, but when i touch the heatsink during full load its barely warm. My board reads temps off that much huh.

So what exactly is my temps at? i`d say in the range of 45c to 50c? Could that be possible?? Or maybe lower
