From what I can understand from your post and thread title, those temperatures seem normal with that cooling. Call of Duty, assuming you're talking the newest one, uses most/all cores and threads pretty evenly. It is, by far the game that gets my CPU the hottest.
Also, you asked this a month ago and got answers that said the same thing.
