Installed dropbox - cannot create new folders

As it states, I DL and installed Dropbox no problems but now when i right click there are odd ball options under create new and folder is not one of them.... ideas? Reboot did nothing, does not matter what HD or SSD its no longer an option...

What opens appear under the menu? and does the create new folder appear in other folders on the drive?

I think it's a registry issue, there a fix somewhere on Microsofts help pages, search it in google "create new folder context menu disappeared" I would search it for you but I am on my phone

First option did not work so i used this file
