LED CONTROLLER [HELP]

So I got the coolbay tx from NOX (the one with the window) and ordered 1 Uv light

now the problem i want to know if there is some shop who sells sound sensible light controllers PCI-e if possible! and where do i buy UV SATA cables? only find SATA and not SATA II (my motherboard deals with 3Gb 4 ports and 6Gb 2 POrts
so (im a little NOOB) sorry the bad inglish hope somebody helps me
